My PD is current. The (slight) issue is my W2 for 2011 is incorrect with respect to state taxes - I have been taxed in PA & IL even though I did not work in PA in 2011
My federal income is correct and in fact I have filed federal returns as well
My question - is this an issue when submitting the 485? I know they look for federal returns...and my previous W2s are all correct, and in fact my record overall is clean
I read somewhere that W2s are optional when filing 485 so my guess is I should be ok espescially since its just a wrong state thing.
Any thoughts / advice? My company will take a few months to get me a correct W2 so I really cannot wait !
