I-485 all ready filled - what is my option ?

Hi

i have apply all ready for my i-485 and waiting for the fingerprint meeting schedule.
i process it with EB1C.

2 que :

1. can i switch a job within my Company ?

2. can i find a another place to work in 2 months ?( if the process will be all most finish)

How do the imegartion will know that i switch jobs ?
