Filling I-485 when Im on H1B

What do I put in Part 3 information.

Nonimmigrant visa number ?
Consulate vissa was issue?
Currently Im on H1B but I entry last time the USA on student visa J-1 that was issue in Poland. Which info i put in my J1 number or H1B and my EAD number. This question is confusing for me. Thanks for help

You have to enter the non immigrant visa no, on which you came to USA first.

Forget about your on H1 or EAD, OPD. In your case mentioned the Visa number , From which consulate it got issued/stamped.

Carefully look at the Visa stamped in your passport, there is a visa number and issuance Consulate/embassy and put that one.

You have to put your I-94 info also, you might have the I-94.
