    hi...

    ive never worked to my h1b petitioner. ive been working to multlple companies and recieve multiple W2. my i94 is valid until sep 30 2012. im married to a US cit. and filing for adjustment. can i declare my employements and w2 received??? (ive never work to my h1b petiotioner.. i was able to get jobs because i have ssn. my h1b petitioner didnt sent any notice od termination to USCIS) ... my concern is, if there isa possibility that my adjustment gets denied??? pls help

    It doesn' matter you work to different employers.
    The main sponspor is your spouse and her income should be sufficient to sponsor you, if not then you can get joint sponsor to support you and your wife.

    But if you two have enough income to prove, then its ok. The don't look into where you work, how many employers involved.
    Better order your & your wife IRS transcripts which shows all the income you got. Now a day USCIS usually need one year of IRS transcripts but at safe side order trascripts of 2010 & 2011. You can submitted request by online at IRS website.

    if you have enough money in savings account (Joint savings account would be better) which is not just deposit, but there atleast 6 months. You can show the 6 months of statements to prove you and your spouse have enough to live in USA.
