If your mom is staying here illegally, there is no chance of getting a green card until and unless she goes back to her country. A ban of 10 years will be placed on her, after that she will be able to come back to US. Another way is she gets married to a US Citizen provided she can prove that she came to US legally.

You could put all her jobs while she was illegal. Uscis is not after that she is here illegally. U should go ahead and file for her. She is eligible to adjust status. The guy who replied that she has to go home is wrong. I dont know why people give wrong info here

I believe you could petition for a spouse, child under 21. and parents of USC without them leaving the country first.

What you believe does not help, what helps is the LAW.

Let me educate you a little bit. There are millions of illegals living in this country who had babies and now those babies are adults. Do you think that those kids are able to sponsor their illegal parent?

Like I said before, before you guess, do some research!
