Application rejected due to priority date is not current on L1A visa

Hello I am on L1A visa and my application for I-140, I485 got rejected saying that the priority date is not current and referred me to their website.
I talked to my lawyer and he said it is a mistake as the priority date for L1A visa is current and resent my application.

Did anyone had similar experience?

Hello All,

any responses? I am kind of worried and waiting for the response back from USCIS for application resubmitted by my lawyer along with explanation that the priority date is current for L1A visa along with Visa bulletin from USIC website.

Is this a common mistake or there is something I am missing out completely?
