Dear all,
I got a RFE on I-485 to establish that you have maintained the nonimmigrant status from Jan 08 to Sept, 09 This evidence may include the following:-
a. A photocopy of approval notices (form-i-797) for all extensions and change of status.
b. A photocopy of Form i-20s (In My case its not applicable)
c. A photocopy of Form I-94 (front and back)
Do I have to send some more documents in order to prove the nonimmigrant status or the above documents are sufficient?
