Re-entering USA after giving birth while on a tourist visa

Hi there,
first of all I’d like to express my sincere appreciation to your effort at this website which helped me alot since I’ve intended to go to US and my wife gives birth there.
we're an Egyptian family went to USA last year on a visit visa and my wife has given birth to a healthy boy and already he got a US passport. Now my American baby is one year old and we're planning to travel to US for a short vacation (10 days) is there any problem will happen on the border? Can they refuse our entrance?
Please advice.

If your wife is expecting again then you may have a problem. Some of the immigrants are taking advantage or abusing the US system by having their babies here.
