Help! I-485 Advice Needed
I’m in the States with 7th year H1 that will expire in the end of September; I have submitted I-485 and I-140 to TCS in February of 2005 and have I-140, EAD and AP approved. I am scheduled to get fingerprints taken in July.
I asked my employer to extend my H1 till I get green card, but they are not willing to do since I got EAD and AP.
Here is the thing, I’m thinking about a marring a foreign national sometime next year.
I was told that I can add her to I-485 after getting married. Can she come to the states with her current B1 and file I-485 or she needs to have H4 to apply I-485 with me?
If she can come in here with her B1, would she need AP to travel?
