Hi - I am a citizen and submitted I-130 for my parents who are in US on visitor Visa now. I am planning to file I-485 for adjustment of status once i get their I-130 approved. I heard that I could have submitted I-130 and I-485 together. But I submitted only for I-130 as i thought that by the time i get I-130 approved i can get them prepared with all paper works for I-485. Do you know how long it takes to get I-130 approved for parents?

3 to 6 months. I-485 along with the I-130should be filed if the beneficiary is in US.
