I-765 EAD inquiry

I am going to file I-765 EAD, I got married recently to an american but I am currently holding a valid H1b visa that will expire soon. I am having a problem what category to choose on question 16. It asks me for Eligibility categories based on 8 CFR 27a.12 my husband is an american and I am never on a fiancee visa. We got married while i hold my H1b visa, what category do I fall on this Eligibility category. Pls help.

Have you filed an I-485? In that case it's (c)(9).
