Hi all,
My husband is filling out the forms to sponsor me to become a permanant resident. He got a job in Apr, 2012 and his current income for one month is about $2,200 which meets the requirement of the poverty guideline if counted as annual income. However, he didn't work from Aug, 2009 til Apr, 2012 due to school. So his income for 2009, 2010 were $0.00. He also joined the National Guard in Sep, 2011; therefore, his income for 2011 was about $7,000 which doesn't meet the requirement of the poverty guideline.
So.. my question is that should he have a joint sponsor to help him sponsor me?
Thank you in advice.
