  • Interview on April 18th, 2012 and still no answer :(

    Hi Everyone,

Me and my wife had an interview in order to adjust my status after submitting all the paperwork and forms requested by immigration services. Our interview was long and full with questions which I believe we answered correctly with a couple wrong here and there which I think we missed by simply being nervous about the whole deal. Its been more than a month (since April 18th, 2012) and we have not received any notices, letters, or anything related to a decision. I've checked online several times and it still says as if we were to have the interview on that date. I requested an info pass which was given to me a more than a week ago and all they did was tell me that they were gonna come to a decision that day and still no answer. Please advise if anything has had a similar situation or could comment on the matter. I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

        Hi Guys,

Thanks for the interest. No, we have not received any responses as of yet. Our lawyer recommended we wait an extra 30 days in order to request an additional info pass. What are your suggestions?
