Port from EB3 to FB
I was secondary to my wife's EB3 with a PD of September 2004. She got her Green Card in July 2007 and our cases got separated and then the retrogression came about. My lawyers and later I queried my case with USCIS indicating that my case was outside processing times. I am on my 6th EAD right now.
My wife will file for her citizenship soon and hopefully get it by this year end factoring in the time she has been out of US.
Can anyone tell me:
1. As soon as my wife gets her citizenship what happens to my case?
2. Can I port from EB3 to FB? If not should I go ahead and file for another 485 under F2A?
I had stopped going through the lawyers sometime back is my case complicated enough to get another lawyer?
