Hello ,
My self amit. (age, 25 years) came to USA in jan 2010 on a student visa . After studying 1 year , I changed my university but couldn't attend it regularly , so the university terminated my sevis in octo, 2011. I m still attending the classes and paying tution fees . My question is that if I get married rite now , how long it will take me to get the green card,? Which forms I have to apply ? Do I have to apply for waiver ?
