self 485 approved, wife & child 485 pending

hello,
My 485 got approvd & I got plastic card. But 485 for my wife & shild is still pending. Is there any reason to worry..

There are no RFE's received so far in case of wife & child's 485.

How much time approximatly it will take to get their approval ? During this time are they still on H4 status ? Is it common that derivatives are not getting approval same time with primary ?
