Hi, I am harika and i am here in us on B1 visa. my visa is valid for 10 yrs and i can stay in us for 6 mths. I got married to u.s citizen after i have been in us for 4 mths. Now i have a question regarding my birth certificate. I was born in 1988. But my birth was registered in 2009. My understanding is i should submit secondary evidence along with that birth certificate. Is it ok if i submit affidavits by my parents and my matriculation certificate in which only my father's name is listed . can anyone Post the sample letter from authority of school here or send it to my mail harika8887@gmail.com? and is it ok if on affidavit it is stated as ( harika
s birth was registered later because it was not prevalent at that time to register birth of children? i was born in 1988.) need help badly. Thanks much.
