I had an individual hearing 3 days away.. but today received a letter from my lawyer's office saying I have been assigned a master hearing 3 months later with no other explanation. Since it is the weekend I cannot contact my lawyer. The case I have is a cancellation of removal and adjustment of status. EOIR42B. This would have been my 3rd individual hearing.. I am very confused why if postponed I would receive a master hearing again? Does this mean I am receiving a new judge?.. Any replies will be appreciated.
