Is it must to mention the unofficially adopted kids in the I -130 for parents ?

Dear Members,

I have two siblings who have been unofficially adopted by my aunt. I would like to know if it is must to mention them in I -130 for my parents. Even though my siblings are not interested in future immigration to US, but is it illegal not to mention them ? Anyways I would love to mention them, but their names in birth certificates incuding their parents names have been messed up by my aunt.

What is "unofficially adopted"? There is no such thing. Either they are legally adopted or not.
