native language other than roman letters

Hi,
1) my native language is telugu . but none of my certificates or documents are in telugu. In the question about native language should i write my name in telugu or write N/A?
2) I don't have middle name. In that column should i write none or leave it blank?

For middle name leave it blank.
You no need ot write name in Telugu or in roman letter.
By the way which form you are filing? i don't see any form where it ask to write a name in native language.

Once you filled the I-130 & G325 A form print the form and write the name and address in telugu.
or you can use eenadu or other telugu website and download virtual keyboard, write name over there and copy from there.
