photos for uscis

Hi, I posted I-130 , I 485, I864, I693, I 765 and I 131 to uscis. I sent photos along with the forms. For all the forms the photos met their requirements. but for I 131 advanceparole , in my photo the height from top of hair to bottom of chin is 1 inch 5/8. according to them it should not be more than 1 3/8 inch. except that all requirements are met. Would it be going to a problem? Thanks.

Passport photos are $5.99 @ CVS. I'm wondering - was that too expensive? What is the point of risking the application to be denied & sent back - just to save less than six bucks ?
