RFE - why birth was registered late.

Hi Everyone,

I have received a very different RFE on my I-485 and not sure what can be the possible reason given for this. Please help me out if anyone knows how i can make case against this.

Here is the text stated in RFE.

"A review of the evidence submitted with Form I-485 reveals you did not submit an explanation as to why your birth was registered late, On Sep 18,2008. Under the registration of birth and deaths act of 1969, births are required to be registered in almost all the states and union territories of India. Birth certificates are available to any applicant born after April 1,1970, upon payment of a nominal fee to the appropriate authority. Please submit an explanation as to why your birth was registered late."

How about replying why your birth was registered less than four years ago ?
