Any Advice is Appreciated.

Applicant is here on V visa with I-485 receipt #, I want to know what is required for I551 stamp and where can we approach for this. Applicant wants to travel ASAP, what is required if wants to stay Abroad for Around a Year.

Anyone with similar experience please share.
