Further file review after AOS interview ? :S

hey hello whats up ?
nice to be here...had a quick question...

my wife and i went to the AOS I485 family based interview, they called me first for 10-15 minutes asked general questions that of course we knew, i went out and then she got in , 10-15 minutes and shes out with a letter that said : "your case is being held for file review and you will receive a decision within 180 days. you do not need to submit any additional information at this time."

so..everything went well, we had everything right and good..the feeling also was good when we got in and out...so what could it be ?
i need to wait 180 days ?

the interview was two days ago btw..

-Did he took your I-94, and photocopies of any documents, pictures etc.
- You have to wait as mentioned in the letter then you can take info pass and inquire.

-last year Aug 24, we had interview and the IO give me 60 days letter, till then I went 4 time with info pass and nothing happened, they said case is still under review but my I-130 got approved 3 days after the interview.
In April 2012 I opened a high level service request then I got a reply from USCIS to submit I-601 waiver as my previous employment base application was abandoned. (The company who submitted my GC had some fradulent investigation)
I am still waiting for my GC.

So I am telling don't lose hope and pray for the best.

she took all of my copies for everything , bills, lease,bank statments, tax returns...she didnt took photos or i94/ead..but ive read a lot of people had their ead/i94 with them and got approved .. so :S..i saw people wait a day, a week and some a month and a year...so many people in stress lol


well i hope for the best and that we will have good luck with this and hopefully fast
