USCIS sent RFE letter asking me to provide my birth certificate which i have asked my brother to help me handle back home & also asked me to present my wife recent tax return which i believe we sent before but maybe not in the right way.
My wife now did her recent tax return on-line,she claimed me as ''OTHER'' instead of ''HUSBAND'' and i was mad @ her that she will complicate issue but she said she put ''OTHER'' cuz we just got married this year & the tax return is for last year......my question is,are my not going to have problem with that cuz we have been together since last year & i have sent evidences to prove that.....please every advice will be highly welcome !!! Thanks in advance.
