    File AOS after I 130 petition has been filed

    Hello,

    My spouse has filed I130 petition at the chicago Lockbox a month back.

    I would like to know if I can travel to USA on my B1/B2 visa and apply for AOS.
    As my wife is pregnant i need to be there to support her and on the other hand i don't want to be illegal in USA

    Is there any procedure for the above situation?
