I sent out my app. in 9/29/11.I got the receipt from immigration in 10/15/11 that they received my app. in 10/3/11. 11/8/11 got the date for fingerprint. 12/7/11 got the ead. Januarty 30th 2012 went for the interview with my wife and lawyer. We got separated as the lawyer says for the interview it wasnt extremely bad but it wasnt perfect too. examiner said you will hear from us in 30 days. but no stamp on passport or anything. she took couple pics , i94 , and paperworks etc. i took an infopass 2 months after the interview which was held in oakland park fl so i went there got the infopass lady after checking my case told me that their timeline is 4 months and she suggested that i need to wait 2 more months and then i should take and i walked away. just sent my app. to renew my work permit but here is my concerns when check my cases online at uscis site my I-485 still on testing/interviewing my i-130 never got updated i dont know is this good or bad? i didnt got any letter nothing from immigration good or bad. only had 1 interview. Everybody telling me i shouldnt take anymore infopasses just let them do their thing but if my ead is not approved i dont know what i will do? i need help guys

If you don't got I-130 approve then you case will be still under review.
You can open a service request, call customer service and ask them to open a service request. Some time service request does work well compare to Info pass. ( I have personal experience)
Any update on the USCIS site, they don't care to update. Mine i-13 is approved but still showing initial review, I had an interview on Aug 24, 2011 and I got I-130 approved and I-485 still pending. So many info pass, doesn't help, I opened a service request and I got reply saying to submit I-601 (without any reason).
Try to open service request.
They may check your marriage is bonafide ( if you two answer differently at the time of interview, or some of you two answers doesn't match). It may possible they come your address to check or simply they can call for another interview.

He have been submitted his application and got an interview, but he is stuck on IO decision.

also waiting on Oakland Park to make the next move
Have you heard anything on your case. My husband and I are waiting for a 2nd interview and i also know another person who interviewed there in Feb 2012 and they are also waiting for a 2nd interview.
