RFE not received yet

Hi,

My wife's and mine online status showed RFE but so far I have only received my wife's RFE notice. I waited 15 days for my RFE and when I checked status online it said "The RFE notice was returned back". So I called the customer service and opened a service request to resend the RFE notice. I also confirmed my name and address in their system. It's been almost 15 days since then but I still hasn't received my RFE notice yet.

My lawyer received RFE notice (my address seems correct on that) but it didn't have the attachement required to response back. RFE is for missing signature on one of the forms. So sending the response back should not take long once I get it. But now I started to worry if I'll ever receive RFE. What are my options in this case? Any help would be appreciated.

The attorney received your RFE letter, is it the same for your wife also?

You may not get back the RFE, so don't take any chance, if you know what they are asking ( only one form signature missing?) then simply fill the form do signature and attach the RFE letter copy (your attorney copy) and submit as soon as possible.
Its gonna be fine.

The RFE notice asks to send back a gold sheet (which was not sent to attorney) with the rest of the documents and I am wondering if that's really really required. Would they accept RFE response without that gold sheet? Would it delay the process?

Off course you can send without the gold sheet, they not gonna do any thing to you.
Draft a letter explaining the situation you didn't receive the letter at your home mailing address and mentioned the service request no also, indicate due to time concern I am sending my RFE reply without the gold sheet.
Put your RFE letter received by the attorney before the letter.
You just gonna lose the mailing fee if they returned you.

Keep a copy of all the documents you are sending, meanwhile if you receive the letter then send again.

Thanks. I'll respond back and update the thread with what happens next. I was mainly concern about them accepting RFE response without gold sheet.
