Time frame to get EAD differs depending on visas?

Do anyone know if it takes shorter time to get the EAD card / Advanced Parole if you already have had a EAD card, you are in the US on F-1 status and married to a US citizen. Or does it always take 90 days? We are filing I-485, I-130 together.

It doesn't matter. Once you submit the application your EAD is based on your pending I-485.
On marriage based or emp based it will take between 2.5 to 3.5 months ( mostly within 90 days)
