How long does AOS take?

I'm working (legally) in the US on an R1 visa and am getting married to a US citizen, and will be filling I-130 and I-485 concurrently to apply for a green card. I'm in St Louis, MO. In people's experience, how long will this take to go through and be approved? How long does AOS take to process?

If you get your interview within 3 to 6 months and if you got no any issues and get approved on spot then it will be more or less 6 months.
