Reentry permit for my infant

I have 20 months old baby and we currently migrated to US . Baby is no adjusting with the environment here and we have urgent in taking her back. It's so that within a week she had to be taken back.

We have not applied reentry permit for the baby and if situation worsens she may stay there for period of 1 year or more. What are the possible cases for me to apply reentry permit for her.

Can I apply and take my baby back. Does she needs to arrive here for any other proceedings before one year.

What are the procedures for applying infants reentry permit.

Reentry permit can't be applied from outside the US. The person must be in the US at the time of application.
