Hi everybody
i have green card F45 from my parents. my parents lives in US

I left to Amarica in May 2011, to go to my country for one manth
but between i got damage to my heart
and in that time live in my country
new where i can to traveling with very care.

i nt know what to do because has passed more then a year, my mather and my father say i do to travel and
to hold the cocuments of my sickness , and see them

I need help pliz!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not clear on your situation but you will need to retain all records of your illness as these may be needed for evidence should a late filling be remitted to USCIS

If you've been out for a year, and you can have a doctor write a letter to prove you could not travel to the US because of a condition, you can apply for a returning resident visa (SB1).
