my husband and I went for my AOS interview @ Garden City, NY a month ago. The officer said everything looked good, took away my I-94 and kept the original interview notice and told me that my card would arrive in days. We requested a stamp, but the officer said that at Garden City they are not authorized to stamp passports, and besides I would get my card ASAP. It has been a month and there has been no green card or a change in the online case status. Has anyone had a similar experience? What can I do in such a scenario? Any feedback or help is appreciated.
