MARRIAGE WHILE FILING GREEN CARD?

One of my friend is in the final stages of filing for green card i.e. adjustment of status. He just got married and broght his wife from India on H4 visa.

Can he include her name in the application for filing of adjustment of status?

Yes. Ask him to file I-485 for her.
