Appy for Re-entry after sponsoring Child under 21
Hello everyone,
First of all I apologize if this post has been answered somewhere else...Here's the query: My wife has sponsored green card for her mother. She has gone through the interview process in Mumbai recently and has been approved. She will be travelling next month to US....My mother-in-law has a child of 17 years age in India...Can my mother-in-law come to US and apply for his green card and at the same time apply for her re-entry permit since she plans to return to US after one year? Is this doable or going this route will hinder his immigration process? I kindly await everyones suggestion or other alternatives...Please let me know if there is any more information required...Thanks again
