I was out of U.S. for more than 2 years and finally got my SB-1 from the local embassy.
I'm planning to return in a few weeks.
My green card is not expired and was never taken from me by consulate.
However there is no detailed information provided on what happens next after my arrival to U.S.
Even consulars are not familiar with the process.
Most of the answers (official and non-official) conclude: "You need to start all over again..."
Does it mean that I need to:
- Re-marry my U.S. spouse
- Proceed with interview with local USCIS
- Get conditional(temporary) green card
- Get new SSN
Or it's not really "all over again.."? =)
