I've worked for sponsoring company for almost 6 years. They decided to sponsor me in the 245 i break of 2001. After 4 years I got the GC this past June 13. During all this time I've worked two jobs, sometimes full time both some full and part time, always being the primary my sponsor.
Now after three months or so while my father company has undergone a lot of changes in managment and personel, the situation is that I do not see a promising future. I am working a second full time job where conditions are far better (salary, advancement, benefits).
Do the same conditions of time after GC apply if I quit now, after 5 y 8 m in this situation?
I haven't seen any posting here or anywhere related to this, even my lawyer has doubts in responding to such situation.
Any help in this will be greatly appreciated.
