Hi, my green card expired in 2001, i've been living in dominican republic since 1999, i was really young 12 years old when i got here to dominican republic, now i'm 26 years old and i really like to renew my green card? is this still posible? what would be the proccess if need enter USA again?

Unfortunately, you can't renew it anymore. You need to get a GC another way.

You abandoned your green card by staying out of the US for more than 1 year. A green card is permission to live in the US and you did not do that. As another has said you have to get another green card, Start over.
