Hi,
I recently got my plastic card, but my first and last name are swapped. I submitted form I-90 for correction with a copy of my birth certificate and the INS officer, found that even my I-140 petition has this problem.
My CP documents (230 Part 1 & 2) have correct data and looks like my lawyer has done this name swap error during initial stages of GC.
Like to know, whether I will have any problem in my permanent resident status.
