Changing jobs after GC

I recently obtained my plastic green card following consular processing on a EB-3 petition. At this time, I have a job offer from a competing firm that wants me to start with them as soon as possible. My question is how long should i stick with my current employer (who sponsored the green card) before i can make a job switch. My current job is employment "at will", with no written contract or anything. The new job will be in the same technical profession as was my labor certif., but with some additional managerial type responsibilities. It has been approx. 3 months since the date of issue on the green card. Can somebody advise me on this? Thanks.

please note that date you become PR is either I485 approval date or date of POE (DOE for CP) and not since you got plastic.
