TSC card received

card arrived last week.

message still unchanged.message says "this case was approved..." Spouse recd card in March

DOE 7/24/2001. NY JFK.
Wife received in 11/16/2001.
Havn't received mine. I don't have a receipt # for my case. But used my wife's receipt# and subtracted/added to get 2 case #s. One of them worked as a possible case# and states it was approved the same time my wife's was. Nov 13th. Its been more than 2 months since then. Havn't received my pastic card. I can't even get through to TSC phone#.
Looking at your statistics, I can have a sigh of relief that they are not going to forget me so soon then!!
Any advice you have for me ?

Try calling the INS around 3:00 P.M.
It may take 30 minutes to get through.

It may take another 45 minutes before someone answer.

Don't give up, Keep redialing.

Hi,

You should call INS. Even if it takes hour or more. Typically nowadays card arrives within few days , not even months.

My and my wife's card arrived in around 45 days. DOE was 9-7-01.
