My mother (Age 67) she is in India (mumbai), she is lawful Green holder which is valid.
Her two year travel document will expired in April 2014. She dont want to come USA. Because my sister-in-law both kidney is fail. there is no one to take care of her three kids in India.
Want to know the process How to surrender (Abandonment) GreenCard in Mumbai and how to get 10 yrs multiple visitors visa. how much is the fee ?
Please advice me.
