This is to let all the visitors to our web site know that now we have got product (medical insurance) offering for new immigrants. This insurance can be short term if new immigrant is of young age and is going to do job after immigrating and wants short term coverage until getting job. Or there is another product that would be useful for long term coverage if the immigrants are of old age and they are not going to work, and need insurance at least for 5 years until getting citizenship(this later one would also cover some pre-existing conditions if disclosed at the time of application).
