Medical X-ray report

I am wondering about my X-ray report. I brought it to the embassy when I was coming for the interview. Few days later they contacted me to pick up my immigrant visa and sealed envelope. Now I read that is necessary to bring my medical X-ray report when entering the U.S. But it hasn't been returned to me at the embassy. Is it in the envelope or should I get a new one from my doctor?
