Thank you all for reading this and please pardon me I am a horrible writer.
I'm in a same sex marriage. Two males.
We met in april 2012 in NYC and started dating since the day we met.
we married in sept 2013 and in october I moved to hawaii to be with him but shortly after we applied for my GC he tells me that he had had unprotected sex with, multiple people. I felt like I was dying. He promised he wouldn't do it again but he's done it countless since then. and says he will not stop, because he likes his freedom.
He told me he wants to be in an open relationship if not he will divorce me.
he has been controlling like you would not imagine. I feel like a 2 year old having to do thing I don't want to do out of fear
He is bipolar
i only see him a few hours a day when hes not working from home. he's always out with "friends"
He's told me several times he's not attracted to me anymore and will not be intimate.
I have been seeing a therapist to help me cope with this
he has been emotionally abusive towards me and possibly exposing me to HIV.
Would this count as abuse? or what other waiver could I apply for?
We've only been married since oct 2013 and received my 2 year GC in April 2014
I can't stay in this marriage, I really can't handle this anymore.
Can I apply for ROC even though we've been married for such short time?
Would I lose my GC if I were to leave him now? would I be able to apply for any waivers when I have to apply for ROC?
