We received Plastic cards on Sep 19,2001 through regular mail. Our Port of Entry was Cordoba Bridge from Mexico on July 16, 2001.
The most important point to be noted is that Post office has forwared the mail having cards in it to our new address. We didn't inform INS for this change of address
