Plastic card inquiry form (G-731): response anyone?

Hi,

I returned after CP on May 19, 2001. POE: Dallas, TX.

It has been more than four months and I have not
received the plastic card.

I filed the G-731 T (Texas) on August 20. I was
wondering if anyone ever received a response
to the G-731 query for the status of the card!

What else can I do to enquire about the status
of the plastic card besides waiting?

recent posts suggest it takes 5-6 months. I heard G731 are ignored.

I too filed G-731 waiting for more than 6-8months POE was SFO. No response to that. I heard one can call TSC/CSC and give A# to get another number which could be tracked through automated phone system.

I entered on 08-apr-01, after CP. The POE was Boston, MA. I filled G-731 on 21-sep-01, with both the Vermont and Texas Service Centers. I got the answers three weeks later. VSC sent a letter saying that I should address TSC for this problem and they included the SRC number in their letter. The same day I received the answer from TSC and it was the plastic card!!! The date on the card is 24-sep-01, so I think that sending the G-731 rushed the things a little.
