Hi please I need your help I am a conditional green card. Things are not just working out in my marriage. In fact I just belief I made a mistake and we are not meant for each other. If I divorce her will it affect my conditional green card? What if I get married to another USC will it still affect my green card?

If your original entry was as a K1 fiancee entrant, marriage to another U.S. citizen will result in a denial of your "Removal of Conditions" procedure. An original K1 entrant cannot obtain new eligibility for Permanent Residency unless he/she leaves the U.S. and is re-petitioned.
If, on the other hand, your original entry was not with a K1 visa, but was a conversion from another visa status, proof of the legitimacy of your marital status will have to be persuasive and compelling to obtain your 10-year card.
At the very least, you are expected to report the divorce and apply at the same time for a waiver from the I-751 joint-filing requirement.
The worst thing you can do before you have a 10-year Green Card is to remarry another U.S. citizen.

Assuming you provide sufficient evidence when reporting your divorce and requesting a wavier from joint filing, and get past a predictable "Request for Evidence," usually about 6-8 months after you submit the I-751.
