Please help me filling I-90 application form. I am not sure what to fill in I-90 form, Part 3 - where it asks for 'City of Residence where you applied for an Immigrant visa or Adjustment of status'. Based on the following details please let me know what to fill there.
I-485 approved by VSC.
I-485 started when I was in L.A.
Moved to Chicago and when my I-485 was approved I was in Chicago.
I have received the plastic card and there was an error in it so in order to correct it I am going to file I-90 .
So what should be filled in Part 3 where it says 'City of Residence ....' ?
Now this leads me to another question, I can file I-90 in Chicago ,It comes under NSC.My I-485 and Plastic card was issued and approved by VSC.Can I ask Chicago INS office to forward I-90 form to VSC or it will go to NSC based on my present residence.
Answers to all of these questions will be quite appreciated.
