I-751 Delay Initial Review*** Since 2013
Hi Everyone
I have used this site before and I found it very useful. As a result decided to post about my case.
Any of your inputs and suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Here it goes
File I-751 Remove Contiditon Sept,2013
Sent all the required package all to CVS Vermont
Received a notice package received and signed
Received an Extension Letter 1Yr
Biometrics Issued Oct,2013
Bio Completed Oct 31st
Case Trasferred to Californea
Fast Forward June Moved and changed address
Five days later received a letter my case was Transfered to Local Office for Adjudication over my case
Received a letter stating request for evidence and I should get a letter for an Interview when an Interview date becomes available.
Sept Info pass- Officer told me my case has gone back to Californea( I should expect to receive a letter requesting an Interview per Officer)
Officer I should expect to hear something from them within 60 days.
When I attempt to go online Initial review(It has been on Initial review status for over 9months
It sounds like my case might have been selected for a 2nd Interview. Any thoughts and suggestions?
